I have been with RIHCA since November 2010. I have worked in healthcare in some form for most of my career. As a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a registered nurse. Early on, I was licensed as a Nursing Assistant and soon discovered that I did not process death and dying very well. I started exploring the administrative side of healthcare and found it to be more in line with my passion. I firmly believe that every individual has the right to healthcare, regardless of their financial status or ability to pay, especially for services necessary to maintain a quality of life. I stand by RIHCA’s mission to strengthen and support our community health centers who take care of our communities without financial interest.
